We keep all the info you give us under lock & key. We use secure data management software - no one but us has access to your information.

The only thing expected from our guests are dress code & manners.

We relate our stellar safety record to our vetting process, amazing community of legends who attend, consent monitors & security staff. We are also self policing, if you are unhappy with another guest let us know.

We set up a telegram group chat for each event.
This is a great space to get to know those attending, what everyone is wearing and even organise a lift, pre’s or kick ons.

The suburb of the venue is listed with each event. The address is emailed before the event with your pre game email.

We have a female staff photographer documenting each event, An album is sent to ticket holders post event before they are posted anywhere online by us. This gives you the opportunity to have any images removed.
You can also tell our photographer to avoid taking your snap at the event.
